☕ DISHING THE TEA: Being an entrepreneur isn’t just about starting a business, it’s about embracing a mindset of resilience, innovation, and continuous learning. The endless obstacles are risks smacking you in the face, but as they slowly turn into successes, you feel the pride of ownership due to your perseverance. Many fear the uncertainty, but from a cost-benefit perspective (aka CPA nerd stuff), the opportunity truly outweighs it. Remember: being an entrepreneur isn’t for the faint-hearted, if you want to be a dream catcher, the time is now!

💃 CARLI STYLE: Are you curious what it looks like to have the lifestyle of an entrepreneur? Here’s the highlights as I live them for my Dream Business and Dream Life!

• Work from Anywhere, Anytime: One of the greatest perks of entrepreneurship is the flexibility to work from anywhere, whether it's a cozy café, your home office (I’m here a lot!), or even at your client’s place. You have the freedom to set your own schedule and structure your workday according to your preferences. I literally do this. I can take a break and go on a walk. I can flex to doing some research on a new concept. I can dig in on a client for hours. All of it is my choice! (DREAMLIFE)
  

• The Need for Round-the-Clock Availability: While the flexibility is liberating, there are times when the demands of your business require you to be available around the clock. Entrepreneurship often blurs the lines between work and personal life, necessitating occasional late nights or early mornings to meet deadlines or handle unexpected issues. Honestly, I love this part, but it is something you need to embrace. I’m here for my clients, so therefore, I need to be available for them. It doesn’t happen a lot but I’m committed 100%! (24X7 BUT A JOB FOR HEAVEN)
  

• Being Your Own Boss: As an entrepreneur, you have the autonomy to make decisions and chart your own course. You are accountable only to yourself, allowing for greater control over your work and career trajectory. It can be lonely and hard to figure out what's next so a business coach, accountability partner, or close network is necessary. But...what I put in is what I can get out. There is no glass ceiling to break, ever! (BOSS OF THE YEAR AWARD ANYONE?)
  

• Client Appreciation: Unlike in traditional employment settings, where clients may be more transactional, as an entrepreneur, your clients value your expertise and the unique solutions you bring to the table. Building strong relationships with clients based on trust and mutual respect becomes integral to your success. I literally get a hug from my clients when they see me! Who gets that at work, um no one! (MAKES MY HEART SING)
  

• Selective Clientele and Schedule: One of the luxuries of entrepreneurship is the ability to choose the clients you work with and tailor your schedule to accommodate your preferences. You have the freedom to select projects that align with your interests and values, as well as to set boundaries regarding when, where, and how often you work with clients. (@$$HOLES NEED NOT APPLY)

Living the lifestyle of an entrepreneur is a dynamic and rewarding experience, filled with opportunities for growth, creativity, and self-determination. However, it also requires resilience, adaptability, and a willingness to embrace the uncertainties that come with the territory.
